Maso aka Flighty rat
she is a lab rat who was created through genetic engineering (mixing the DNA of a cat with that of a rodent. (fun fact! this is something that is actually done now a days though the host doesn't take on any real qualities of the appearance of its new DNA, I took artistic license with that lightly)
she has the same abilities as a normal rat though she can meow and his more like a cat (which is pointless since rats already squeak , hiss and brux-which is like their version of purring)

she can also be drawn adorned with goggles, metallic wings, gears and other stump punk type things :3

I think this is funny, because a while ago I made a rat character named Sonic, (never put on DA for some reason) and she just happens to be a genetically altered lab rat and has coloration similar to Maso. I found this reference and I was like "Whaaaaat, I thought I was one of the only ones with a lab rat fursona..." She even had eartufts, damnit.

So I changed her a little. Gave her pink eyes, so she was like semi-albino. And headphones that send some sort of radiowaves or something that affects her brain. And I added a tail tuft to make her look a bit more different. Sorry if she still looks too similar ^^'

XD they where asleep this time and my new camera has a sexy sports mode which allows to catch fastess, most of the time i shoot them in their cage though because outside it they never hold still ;w;
