back and front of a business card I had to design for college

drawn with a mouse using a mac computer (photoshop and flash)

*the text of the contact details varies because I advent quite finished planning that part.

any suggestions?

I was thinking of redoing the detailed phoenix with my tablet because I can't draw as good with a mouse

these will be tiny when printed though as they are normal business card size.

I wanted to show my skills a little since these would have to catch someones eye.

It might be a little better if "Flighty" was easier to read, but otherwise I really like it. So you painted the realistic phoenix with the mouse too? It looks fantastic. I love the colours.

well tat text doubles as a logo so i was going more more aesthetic than clarity.

I wanted a handwritten text because I did'nt want to have it too corporate bleh
at least my teacher has no complaints and he complains about that's sort of thing a lot

but we shall see when i get a tester printed on weather i should change it or not
since I can't afford to be to precious with this , but I'll take it in to consideration if i do have more time

I actually really love how 'Flighty' looks on this business card. It makes it more personal and creative in contrast to the boring normal business cards.

I see. Well, I figure for advertising it's always good to be sure someone can instantly read your text, in case they just glimpse it. But the artistic feel is also good.

I love how the card seems to burn where the Phoenix is. Also, as for redrawing the Phoenix, I think it looks beautiful. You don't need to redraw it at all!
