he is used to cock fighting
A cruel sport and just as bad as dog fighting yet sadly twice as legal (as some countries is it actually considered cultural and even kids are brought up helping raise game cocks and discarding losers from a fight)

I was going to make him meet up with eyesore at some point hmmm.

swear next thing I upload will be something I'm supposed to be working on
but I love chickens though.

he has his crest and long feathers because he was not raised a game cock, he simply ends up being one through unfortunate circumstances, the experience hardens him though.

I was reading about cockfighting today, and I learned that most people who raise roosters for sport cut off their comb and wattle, called dubbing them so they won't have a disadvantage in a fight… But I love Noose's (if you've started calling him that yet) design all the same. XD Keep up the good work.

yeah, there is a reason that hasn't happened to him
he was used more as a cheaply bought training target for a rooster learning to fight at first.

(like in my preview video with him the other rooster does have his comb and wattle removed) :3
