Sad teenage eyesore is sad :c

So eyesore was bullied for having the plumage of a male even though she is female
so naturally because of this she was constantly tearing out her own feathers because she felt 'ugly' having them.

well pheasants only tend to have bright colours if they are male and females tend to be different shades of brown

this seems to be the rule for loads of species of pheasant

yup to put it simply anyway.

birds pluck when stressed and upset and they get addicted to it , its hard to stop them doing it once they start :c
