Ben and Loki update

First off
Yes flamey and thebondagegoat did hack me
But does it count as hacking if they are at our house on your already logged in computer? XD

Why do I have friends XD

So otherwise went to the vets today (Db /thebondagegoat) brought her new pet carrier for me to lend so I could take Loki to the vets.

The vet knew what she was talking about straight away she weighed him and asked if I knew about myco I got my Baytril dosage which he gets one dose every night for 10 days (good job she weighed him too because he is smaller than most so is dosage needed to vary a bit from average)
If you don't have a local specialist and have a sick rattie then I do suggest vets4pets since they certainly knew their stuff and were very straight forward, the overall cost for appointment and medication added up to just £21.00 which isn't bad at all so I'm really pleased and just glad to Have medicine for him, I gave him some tonight but I don't think he ate it all, we tried peanut butter but he didn't want to know so my mum put some in some banana not the best choice but he ate quite a bit even though he left some,
Got some yogurt later and tried that, he loved it so I'm going to try a dose mixed with the yogurt tomorrow, the vet said he was very active and healthy otherwise so that's good XD (she couldn't keep him still for a listen to his chest) but she said it was definitely an upper respiratory infection so good thing I took him right away, though my parents wanted me to wait till next week, I'm glad I ignored them now XD

He's such a sweet little rat too so I hope he will get better now he has medication,

ben is still very timid and freezes when go near him though he is active if i don't , the vet told me he was probably older than Loki so I'm thinking if the pet shop had him longer and the carers were handling them pretty roughly (grabbing him by his tail!) thats probably why, which is a shame because hes  so gentle, so anyway food i could tempt him with to try and get him used to me and feel relaxed with me around?
